Ramble Info
Held on the Saturday closest to the Summer Solstice, this will be
a short run on a long day.
All proceeds go to support the St Andrews By-the-Lake United Church
and to support training and competition of youth members in the Physi-Kult
Running Club of Kingston.
There will be two separate events:
1) a 5km race for anyone.
2) a 'metric mile' (1,500m) for those 13 and younger.
The 1,500m event will commence at 6 p.m.
and the 5k event will follow at about 6:30 p.m.
(once the 1,500m competitors have completed the course.)

Race kit pick up and race-day registration will be located inside St.
Andrew's By-the-Lake United Church, 1 Redden Street, Kingston (adjacent
to the finish line.)
Race kit pick up and race-day registration will be available from 4:30
until the start of the race.
