Held on the Saturday closest to the Summer Solstice, this will be
a short run on a long day.
All proceeds go to support the St Andrews By-the-Lake United Church
and to support training and competition of youth members in the Physi-Kult
Running Club of Kingston.
There will be two separate events:
1) a 5km race for anyone.
2) a 'metric mile' (1,500m) for those 13 and younger.
The 1,500m event will commence at 6 p.m.
and the 5k event will follow at about 6:30 p.m.
(once the 1,500m competitors have completed the course.)

The entry fee starts at $20 per participant in the
5k Ramble.
Register for $20 online up until midnight Sunday, May 19th.
Online registration from May 21 to midnight Thursday, June 20th is $25.
Race day registration is $30. On site registration
starts at 4:30 and will be located inside St. Andews by the Lake United
Church at 1 Redden St.
The fee for the youth 1,500m event is $10.
For any additional family members it is $5 each.
There is no online registration for the Youth event, you can register in person
at the race site on race day.

- | registration, insurance and a bib number for a fast, accurate, timed 5km road race |
- | custom designed trophies to the top three male and female overall and the top masters runners (40+) |
- | medallions to the top three males and females in six age groups (10 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59 and 60+) |
- | fresh fruit and refreshments post-race |
- | a chance to win a draw prize (more on that later) |
